📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical Telemetry (MS/Tele)
📌 Facility Location: 127 North St, Batavia, NY 14020-1631
⏰ Shifts: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks

Requirements

• 2 years of nursing experience required

• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required

• Charge Nurse experience preferred

• First-time travelers accepted

Additional Details

• 75-mile radius rule: Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility

• Floating required to other Medical/Surgical units

• Weekend coverage: Every other weekend or 4 weekend shifts per month

• Patient ratio: Team-based care with 1 RN, 1 LPN, and 1 PCT for up to 9 patients

• Patient population: Adolescents through elderly

• Patient conditions include:

  • Orthopedic surgeries, including hip, knee, and shoulder replacements

  • General surgery, including appendectomies, exploratory laparotomies, and hernia repairs

  • Medical patients requiring telemetry

  • Small bowel obstructions (SBOs)

• Special equipment: Wall suction

• Scrubs: Any combination of navy blue and/or white
