Please READ the below carefully! If a submission is received without a DL attached, or with over 5 days of RTO/holiday RTO submitted - this will be escalated to Submittal Excellence/Team Lead.

  1. Candidates within 75 miles are considered local travelers and are NOT eligible to apply at Integris. Local submissions will be sent to Submittal Excellence/Team Lead.

  2. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted per every 13 weeks (NO HOLIDAY RTO at all). If RTO with holiday or more than 5 days is submitted, our team will be looping in Submittal Excellence/team lead.

  3. Current and valid DL or State issued ID required AND Utility bill in the Traveler's name with matching address within the last three months of the projected start date. Address must be GREATER than 75 miles from contracted facility. If this is not done, we will loop in Submittal Excellence/team lead. Any document other than that those listed below will NOT be accepted. Accepted Documents:

    • Cell phone bill

    • Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, or Wi-Fi

    • Mortgage statement, Lease agreement

  4. Floating: All candidates must be willing to float to other areas - even if that is another Integris facility, up to 75 miles.  Do not sub unless the traveler is aware and willing to float

  5. Absolutely no license hits. If submitted with a license hit, candidate will immediately be rejected.

  6. 1 Submittal allowed per traveler to ALL Integris campuses. No Travel Pairs.

  7. No BLOCK SCHEDULING REQUESTS 

  8. Any gaps in traveler's profile (3 months or more) REQUIRE an explanation listed in the work history- otherwise this will be kicked back to be corrected

  9. Traveler must have a minimum of 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as an employee to be eligible for submission

  10. All submissions must include 2 supervisory references.

  11. Modules:

    • Modules are billable and non-billable, average 2-8 hours of modules

      • Billable: all Non-Clinical module hours are billable

      • Non-Billable: Clinical module hours are non-billable

    • Modules are completed during during orientation, and vary by specialty

    • Modules are recorded via facility report
