Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy to provide patient care.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in planning for safe delivery of care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and training.
• Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available.
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
• Float between departments and multiple facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current AZ RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemetry or a similar setting.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records; Cerner experience preferred.
• Ability to work 3/12 hour night shifts, including 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.
• Willingness to float between departments and facilities within the network.
