Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging - Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the radiation oncologist.
- Monitor patient responses and adapt treatments as necessary.
- Perform simulations and setup patients for treatment.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Ensure safety guidelines and protocols are consistently followed.
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Radiation Therapist.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
- Proficiency in radiation therapy equipment and software.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- BLS certification required; ARRT certification preferred.
