Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with RN case management team and healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrate proficient documentation skills within CERNER, NATE, and ENSOCARE systems.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Manage multiple priorities and shift attention efficiently between tasks.
• Foster trust and rapport with team members, patients, and their families.
• Adapt to float to other units as needed to support hospital staffing requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with an RN case management team.
• Proficient in electronic documentation systems such as CERNER and associated systems.
• Exceptional communication skills for patient and team interactions.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and efficiently shift focus as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building trust with patients and team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to floating policy and scheduling requirements.
