Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
Coordinate discharge planning and transition of care activities.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Float between units within the hospital as required, including Colby and Pacific campuses.
Ensure documentation accuracy in EPIC systems.
Participate in weekend shifts as necessary to support patient needs.

Qualifications

Current RN licensure in Washington or Compact State.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Minimum of 1 year acute care experience, including discharge planning and care coordination.
Experience in Med Surg, LLOS, or Emergency Department settings preferred.
EPIC charting system experience required.
Must be willing to float between like units and facilities as needed.
