Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care through efficient case management and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement care plans based on patient assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize Cerner charting system to document patient care and progress.
• Maintain compliance with BLS and ACLS certification requirements.
• Float to different units as needed, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with the ability to submit documentation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Care Coordinator RN in an acute care setting.
• Proficiency in using Cerner charting system preferred.
• Availability to work 7a-7p shifts, with every other weekend available.
• BSN not required, but preferred for this position.
