Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care coordination and discharge planning within an acute care setting.
• Engage in effective interdisciplinary collaboration, including work with social services.
• Demonstrate expertise in handling diverse case management scenarios across Med Surg, LLOS, and ED.
• Ensure patient plans of care are developed and adjusted according to assessment needs.
• Float and provide care in all hospital units, including both Colby and Pacific Campuses.
• Maintain and document care in EPIC, ensuring accurate and timely records.

Qualifications

• Current RN Licensure and BLS certification are required.
• At least one year of acute care experience is mandatory, with strong preference for diverse CM experience.
• Proficient in EPIC charting systems.
• Ability to work every other weekend and commit to 3 of the 5 major holidays.
• Pending license accepted with commitment to having a WA or Compact RN license before the start.
• Applicants must not be local to the area (50-mile radius rule applies).
