Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care in the Cath Lab under physician direction and supervision.
• Monitor patients' hemodynamic status and document findings for the healthcare team.
• Circulate and scrub for procedures, ensuring a sterile environment is maintained.
• Respond to emergencies, including STEMI cases, with efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to handle high-risk equipment such as Impella and IABP.
• Fulfill on-call requirements, providing coverage as needed, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of Cath Lab experience, including circulating and monitoring roles.
• Familiarity with high-risk equipment and procedures is necessary.
• Experience with electrophysiology and interventional radiology is preferred.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in critical care settings.
• Willingness to float to Northwest Houghton if required.
