Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient response.
• Interpret EKGs and manage telemetry monitoring for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
• Participate in rapid response and stabilization of patients with critical needs.
• Complete all required documentation in the Cerner charting system accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in telemetry nursing within the last 6 months.
• Current RN license to practice in Arizona, or compact state licensure eligibility.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in interpreting dysrhythmias and providing care in a centralized telemetry environment.
• Ability to effectively participate in a high-acuity level I trauma center setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to float to sister facilities as needed.
