Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - PICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced care to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
- Administer medications, manage ventilated patients, and monitor vitals per facility protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care planning.
- Perform specialized procedures such as continuous renal replacement therapy and ECMO as required.
- Ensure all care complies with facility standards and regulations.
- Document patient care activities accurately in the EPIC system.
Qualifications
- Two years of Pediatric Cardiac ICU experience with CV and VAD experience highly preferred.
- Current South Carolina or Multi-State RN license.
- BLS and PALS certifications required (American Heart Association preferred).
- ACLS certification preferred (American Heart Association).
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system.
- Ability to float to NICU, PICU, or Pediatric Stepdown as needed.
