Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Neuro Telemetry unit for trached patients, those with CVA, TBI, and spinal surgeries.
• Monitor patients with central monitoring and interpret EKG rhythms accurately.
• Administer and titrate medications such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Insulin drips.
• Perform SIMs Lab skills including Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes, maintaining a sterile environment.
• Manage patient loads with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio effectively.
• Assist with floating to MS/Tele floors when required and adapt to potentially working at Westgate or AZ General Laveen.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and willingness to undergo credentialing process.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma setting.
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam with two attempts allowed.
• Competent in SIMs Lab skills, including sterile field maintenance.
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR and Neuro experience highly preferred.
