Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms during procedures.
- Assist physicians with interventional and diagnostic procedures in the Cath Lab.
- Educate patients and families on procedures, post-operative care, and follow-up appointments.
- Float between various facilities as required to provide care continuity.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Current CA RN license in-hand is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
- Strong knowledge of Epic charting system.
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
- Experience with right and left heart catheterizations and procedural sedation.
- Ability to work weekends and handle call responsibilities as needed.
