Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Bone Marrow Transplant to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer infusion therapies including IVIG, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy.
- Oversee cellular therapy procedures post-training.
- Manage and care for immunocompromised patients with compassion.
- Coordinate care for patients receiving blood products, antibiotics, and electrolyte replacements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure accurate documentation in Meditech and OncoEMR systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital BMT Oncology RN experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Certification.
- Proficiency in IV placement and cellular therapy administration.
- Experience with oncology, hematology, and transplant cellular therapies.
- Competency in managing high patient volumes and acuities.
