Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ER to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer patient care within the Level 1 Trauma Center environment.
- Float among St. Joseph's Main, St. Joseph's Westgate, and two Free Standing ERs.
- Participate in SIM lab training for Foley catheter insertion and port-a-cath insertion.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including at least two physicians, midlevels, and anesthesia staff.
- Provide patient care in an ER with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratios, using Cerner for charting.
- Ensure compliance with sterile techniques; maintain professional appearance as required.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 6 months of Level 1 Trauma experience required.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Experience with telemonitoring, strip reading, and Phillips monitors.
- Ability to float mid-shift between assigned facilities and maintain flexible scheduling.
- Preferred TNCC or ATCN certifications (ENPC not a substitute for PALS).
