Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs, reporting any changes to medical staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while adhering to protocol.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemetry or related field.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
