Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, MedSurg / Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to high acuity patients in the Medical Telemetry unit.
- Perform SIMs Lab skills, including Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes.
- Read and interpret EKGs for effective patient monitoring.
- Administer medications, including IVs, with proficiency and accuracy.
- Document patient care in EMR system, Cerner.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Current RN license with willingness to submit and wait for approval.
- Minimum of one year experience in a Level 1 trauma acute care setting.
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Experience with IVs and maintaining sterile fields.
- Ability to float to other units as needed (Westgate or AZ General Laveen Campus).
- Flexible to adapt to weekend and holiday shifts as required.
