Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging, Ultrasound Tech - General to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, pelvic, and transvaginal sonograms.
• Deliver timely diagnostic services for inpatient and outpatient imaging needs.
• Execute additional procedures such as ultrasound-guided biopsies and drainage.
• Maintain proficiency in scanning small parts including thyroid, breast, and scrotum.
• Participate in on-call rotations for immediate response to diagnostic needs.
• Adhere to established departmental protocols under the direction of a Radiologist.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year experience as an Ultrasound Technician.
• Registered with the A.R.D.M.S. or ARRT for Ultrasound Vascular Registry.
• BLS certification required.
• Vascular registry (RVT) certification required.
• Comprehensive experience with general US studies and competency in echocardiography preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited AMA school with a valid State License or equivalent.
