Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in Labor and Delivery unit, including managing all aspects of labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Maintain safety protocols including daily and safety rounding on all patients.
• Utilize CPN Central monitoring, IV pumps, and infant warmers effectively.
• Perform procedures including C-sections, intra-uterine monitoring, and support for neonate care.
• Participate in floating policy as needed, supporting LDRP and NICU units.
• Document patient care using Meditech and CPN systems accurately.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Previous experience in Labor and Delivery is mandatory.
• BLS and NRP certifications are required, along with Fetal Monitoring training.
• Must have charge experience and capability in handling OB emergencies.
• Ability to work three shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in patient transition and newborn assessment post-delivery.
