Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans for NICU patients.
• Administer medications and manage specialized equipment, including ventilators and CPAP.
• Perform and assist with specialized NICU procedures, such as central line management and blood product administration.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adapting care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for neonates and support family-centered care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in NICU.
• Certifications required: BCLS, NRP, PALS.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
