Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform pediatric cardiac sonography procedures to support clinical diagnosis
- Cover shifts across various campuses as needed and participate in night call rotations
- Work weekend shifts as part of regularly scheduled hours
- Complete detailed measurements and comprehensive reports accurately
- Utilize GE and Philips ultrasound machines efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all licensure and certification requirements
Qualifications
- Completion of a cardiac sonographer program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pediatric cardiac sonographer
- Experience in a large pediatric academic medical center required
- Proficient in scanning complex congenital heart disease
- Reliable transportation for multi-location shifts
- Valid ARDMS PE or CCI RCCS certification required
