Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns.
Circulate during C-section procedures and assist in complex deliveries.
Administer medications, including magnesium sulfate and oxytocin, safely.
Float to other units within UCSF facilities as required.
Utilize Epic charting system effectively for patient documentation.
Facilitate discharge teaching and post-operative care for new mothers.

Qualifications

Current CA RN license and BSN degree required.
AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
Proficiency in AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced practices.
Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
Proficient in using External and Internal Fetal Monitoring.
