Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various surgeries including total joints, ORIFs, and robotic procedures.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
• Manage scheduling and on-call duties as required.
• Oversee and guide support staff during surgical procedures.
• Utilize Cerner EMR system for accurate charting and patient documentation.
• Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with previous operating room experience.
• Minimum 3 years of OR experience; travel experience preferred.
• Certifications required: ACLS and BLS from AHA.
• Familiarity with general surgery, orthopedics, robotics, and GI procedures.
• Preferred experience with scrubbing duties, though not required.
• Willingness to float to ED, MS, or LTC as needed.
