Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ER to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population in a 15-bed ER, including a fast track area.
• Administer emergency care for patients with varied conditions like strokes, orthopedic injuries, and psychiatric needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, including attending physicians and mid-level providers.
• Ensure compliance with protocols for trauma care, with emphasis on Level III trauma experience.
• Participate in weekend rotations and holiday staffing schedules as required.
• Utilize the Cerner EMR system for accurate documentation and patient care management.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with at least 3-5 years of ER nursing experience preferred.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is advantageous.
• Familiarity with caring for patients in a Level III trauma setting.
• Adept at managing patient care with a typical ratio of 1:4, adjusted for acuity.
• COVID Vaccine Certification is required.
