Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care to adult and pediatric patients.
- Administer and interpret basic EKGs and advanced critical care protocols.
- Collaborate with fast track and triage teams to manage patient flow effectively.
- Float between Adult and Peds ER, adapting to varying patient acuity levels.
- Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and timely documentation.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications
- Current RN license with a minimum of 2 years ER experience.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required.
- Proficiency in Cerner EMR and telemetry.
- Experience with adult and pediatric emergency care essential.
- Strong critical thinking and triage skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and rotate between ER units.
