Staff pharmacist duties may require responsibility for the assessment, treatment or care of patients of all ages including neonate, child, adolescent, and geriatric. Utilizes an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation process to accurately interpret a patient s self-report or behavior.
