PALS, CNOR any Charge experience RN is responsible for the observation, assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation of care of all patientsList typical procedures performed on unit(s): Joint replacement, ENT, Ortho, Spine, Urology Vascular, Podiatry, Thoracic Surgery and Plastic SurgeryBest personality Fit:Dedicated, patient care experience, reliable, proficient charting Critical thinker, passionate, multi-taking, excellent bedside manner Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.Scrub Color - Navy blue or Royal blue are acceptable. No surgical type scrubs. Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.Must be able to Scrub and a circulator that knows all service lines.
