ID: 63277821 Shift: 12H Day Description: Requisition Comments and Notes:Orientation Dates: 6/1, 6/22, 6/29 Only ***There is no orientation the week of 6/8 and 6/15***RN - Thoracic/Vascular Team - 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday - 7a to 7p (days during the week will vary depending on the need of the unit and unit cannot offer a block schedule) - The RN for thoracic/vascular team will be taking late stays based on the needs of the unit. OR 1000+ bed hospital, thoracic/vascular team -Must have thoracic/vascular experience, it s required for this need. For thoracic/vascular team candidates, all circulators and scrubs should be proficient in endovascular cases. Must be able to scrubs and have scrub experience. Must be certified and have it on file at time of submission. Must have TN or compact license on file at time of submission 56 bed OR (input and outpatient) & 5 procedural. Level 1 trauma. Must have a minimum of 2 years OR experience. Must have prior travel experience. Patient Population (Diagnoses): transplant, trauma/neuro. All case types: neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant (liver, renal, pancreas), robotic, hybrid rooms (cysto, bronch, and lead extraction), ambulatory ortho, burn, hepatic- biliary. Age Range: adult; no peds. Children s Hosp. OR is separate. Could float between OR but not locations. IVS to Interview/Mgr to Offer Float Required: NoCertifications: BLS Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks:91
