Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in an outpatient hand therapy setting, including expertise in splint fabrication for post-operative cases, acute injuries, and chronic conditions.The ideal candidate will have experience treating a wide range of orthopedic upper extremity diagnoses, including but not limited to post-operative conditions, acute injuries, workers compensation cases, and chronic disorders.The patient population will span from pre-teens through geriatric individuals.
