ID: 63806449 Shift: 12H Rotating (Day/Evening) Description: Requisition Comments and Notes:Assignment for 13-16 weeks Travel Rate: $115Radius: $110: 51-100 miles Local: $105: 50 miles or less  Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance  OR RN: MUST BE STRONG IN ORTHO. Rotating between day/evening schedules. The pattern is typically three-day shifts plus one off shift. Off shift options are 0845-1915, 1045-2115, or 1245- 2315. Call is one weekday call per week plus one 24-hour call in each four-week schedule block. Must be flexible with schedule to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Requirements:  Prior travel experience required   Must have 2 years of OR RN experience   Must have large (500+ beds) trauma level 1 experience EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable  Please have circulate AND scrub skills checklists in packet  Must be able to scrub all specialties except CVOR cases  Must be able to scrub ALL general OR, GU, GYN, ENT, eyes, plastics, lap cases, trauma, thoracic, and vascular  Additional Information:  IVS to OFFER Monday to Sunday  No block schedules for any reason    Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 7/27 Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained  This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit  Disclaimers:  Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended Float Required: NoCertifications: BLS Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks:91
