Must be willing to learn, float/circulate to all service lines including trauma and emergency cases.Strongest: transplant (kidney and liver), Endovascular, laparoscopic cases, and trauma Special Procedures/Unit Details : We are seeking a Registered Nurse to: Involve the Operating Room multidisciplinary team to plan for patient care in the Operating Room in a timely manner. Communicate and coordinate Operating Room activities to facilitate efficiency in the surgical case progression and turnover between cases. Special Equipment : **Please do not pass if missing requirements. Screen/redirect as appropriateMust have experience in neuro, ortho, transplant, and vascular (score of 3 or above). Experience with multiple service lines including traumas, transplant, neuro, ortho. #Tier3 Travel Compliance Floating : Travelers are required to float as needed. Minimum experience : Inpatient RN travelers must have two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty they are submitting to . References : please remove all references. Pass /Fail Testing required with strict passing criteria. A telemetry exam will be required prior to start. The following criteria must be met in two attempts: Adult Exam: 100% identification of lethal rhythms: Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole No incorrect answers on questions regarding 3 rd degree heart blocks [1 incorrect answer will cause failure] Passing score of 80% or higher Pediatric Exam Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole, and sinus bradycardia Passing score of 80% or higher Attempts: Traveler will have two attempts to pass. If the traveler fails the second attempt they will submit a certificate of completion of a cardiac interpretation review course to Vaya before a third attempt will be assigned. If the traveler does not pass after three attempts the assignment will be cancelled.
