Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PCU experience BLS, ACLS & NIH Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Cardiac experience Prior Meditech experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Post-op recovery of patients (surgical and from cath lab) Post op ortho patients (spine, joint) Best personality Fit:Friendly, outgoing personalityTeamwork oriented unit Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Brand new state-of-the-art unit, ADA/Bari rooms within room Hoyer lifts (x2), great unit culture with excellent teamwork and collaboration, and wide range of nursing experience. Variety of patient population (elective ortho, spine, GYN surgeries), elective Cath lab procedures (post PCI, post pacemaker, ablation, cardioversion, re-vascularization patients), stroke, CIWA, chest pain, renal failure, respiratory failure, set rate for cardiac drips (non-titrating except heparin) etc. Modified self-scheduling process, schedules post 3 weeks in advance leaving plenty of time for finding trades for any scheduling issues General Comments No. of Positions: 1/1.
