Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Long Term Care/chronic Care Registered Nurses for contract assignments at a partnering state-supported living facility in Buffalo, New York.

Qualifications:

New York RN License
AHA BLS1 year of experience as an RNLTC experience preferred

Long Term Care/chronic Care RN Contract Details

$1,453 - $1,601 per week*
State-supported living center
This is a group home setting
Heavy Med Pass
Duties can include: food prep, light housekeeping and laundry
Patient acuity may vary by location
NOC shift available
13-week contracts with the opportunity to extend
RN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
