Supplemental Health Care is hiring Director of Nursing RNs for contract assignments at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts RN License
- American Heart Association BLS1 to 2 years of recent relevant experience
Director of Nursing RN Contract Details:
- $2,100 - $2,339 per week*
- AM shift available
- 13-week contract with possibility to extend
- DON will be responsible for Directing the nursing program, including implementing new policies and procedures when necessary
- Overseeing hiring, firing, and development of nursing staff
- Communicating with families, residents, and physicians as needed
- Developing a business plan and budget for the nursing unit
- Participating in creating resident care plans and ensuring they are followed
- Ensuring the nursing unit is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
