Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring Health Coaches in Columbia, Missouri to work at a parterning Home Health Or Hospice. As a national healthcare staffing agency, we’re committed to connecting our healthcare professionals with the right opportunities wherever they want to work.
Qualifications:
- Current Missouri Health Coaching Certification
- American Heart Association BLS
- 1 year of recent relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare preferred
- Over 4 years of experience coaching clients one-on-one preferred
Health Coach Contract Details:
- $2,220 - $2,386 per week*
- 13-week contract with possibility to extend
- 40 hours per week
- Will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
