Notes - Minimum Two (2) Years Bedside Clinical Experience Required, BLS Certification Required Prior to First Shift, Required | ACLS Required Prior to First Shift

Med surg, tele, rehab, PCU and LTAC experience all acceptable

The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible forassisting patients in attaining and maintaining Amergisum function due to chronicillness and/or a debilitating injury. The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assists patients in the recoveryprocess, as well as creating a recovery plan with the ultimate goal ofachieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices
• One year prior professional nursing experience in arehabilitation setting preferred 
• CRRN certification may be required per state/client contract
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
