Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Long Term Acute Care team in Wichita, KS. This is a great opportunity for dedicated nurses looking for a stable assignment with flexible scheduling options.

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (36 hours total)

• Shifts Available: Day or Night

• Compensation:

  • Local candidates: $55/hour

  • Travelers: $2,200/week ( must live 50+ miles form facility) 

Required Skills & Certifications

• BLS Certification: Must be completed prior to first shift

• ACLS Certification: Required prior to first shift (CIRH ONLY)

• Clinical Experience: Minimum of 2 years bedside experience

Would you 

The Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurse provides planningand delivery of direct and indirect patient care to medically complex patientsin long-term acute settings. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Current RN license for the state in which the nursepractices in
• One (1) year nursing experience in a long-term acute carefacility preferred
• Experience in acute rehabilitation for vents, wound care,cardiac, and stable post trauma patients
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
