Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Massachusetts who is currently seeking a qualified Clinical Coordinator / Receptionist to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include:
Position: Clinical Coordinator / Receptionist 
Location - Newton, MA
Facility Type: outpatient mental health clinic
Start: 8/10/26
Duration: 13 weeks
Hours: 40
Shifts: Monday - Friday
8a-5pRequirements:
Experience as a Medical Assistant or Medical Receptionist Experience as a Medical Assistant or Medical Receptionist Experience in a Medical Office or call center Experience verifying insurance, obtaining pre authorizations and scheduling for multiple providers Experience with EMR (electronic medical records), medical terminology and a basic understanding of clinical pharmacology Data entry skills Experience working with patients who are suffering from anxiety and depression is preferred Exceptional interpersonal, rapport building, and active listening skills
