Oncology RN - Uvalde, TX

Seeking an experienced Oncology RN for a hospital in Uvalde, Texas.

If you're an Oncology, Infusion, Hematology, or Chemotherapy Nurse looking for a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend requirements, this is a great opportunity to join a patient-focused oncology team.

Position Details: 

• Oncology RN 

• Uvalde, TX 

• 40 Hours Per Week 

• Monday-Friday 

• Day Shift

• Epic Charting 

What You'll Do: 

• Administer chemotherapy and infusion treatments 

• Monitor patients for treatment reactions and side effects 

• Provide oncology patient education 

• Coordinate patient care and treatment plans 

• Assess and document patient progress 

• Support patients and families throughout the treatment process

Requirements: 

• 2+ Years Oncology, Hematology, or Infusion Experience 

• OCN or ONS Certification Required • Active RN License

Minimum Requirements:

• Current RN license in state practicing
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
