We are actively seeking experienced Medical Surgical RNs for a Los Angeles County facility. If you're looking for your next travel opportunity, this could be a great fit.

Position Details

• Position: RN - Med Surg
• Openings: 3
• Start Date: 08/27/2026
• Contract Length: 8 Weeks
• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Charting System: Orchid
• Client Interview Required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of acute care Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience in a Level 1 Trauma Facility
• Active RN License
• AHA BLS Certification
• MAB or CPI Certification
• LA City Fire & Life Safety Card (LA City only)
• Proof of COVID and Seasonal Flu Vaccination

• BLS and other applicable certifications
• Skills Checklist with a score of 3.0 or higher

Additional Information

• Potential to float between DHS facilities
• Daily timesheets signed by facility administration
• Solid color scrubs required
• Facility may cancel up to 2 shifts per pay period
• Orientation is held every Thursday
• Onboarding typically takes approximately 3 weeks and candidates must be cleared by LA County before starting

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices. 
• Full command of the English language, both verbal and written. 
• Current Health Certificate (per facility contract or state regulation). 
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. 
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred. 
• Current BLS card.
