Job Opportunity Summary for Healthcare Professionals

Position Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: December 9 only
Shift: 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend required
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (does not include on-call time)
Location Restriction: No local travelers accepted (must reside more than 50 miles from the facility)
Orientation: One orientation per month; includes pass/fail ECG/Telemetry and Medications test on day one

Experience & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related work experience required
• MA license (can apply at time of offer, both temporary and permanent considered)
• CPR-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications required
• Skills in ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, and post-STEMI care
• CCRN certification preferred

Additional Information

• Must be willing to float as needed to PACU, step-down unit, and Emergency Department for care of holding patients
• No time off will be considered during the 8-week need period
• Epic experience required
• Travelers do not need a separation period from the hospital system to submit to open orders
