ICU Float Pool Nurse (Travel Assignment)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

• ICU Float Pool position, able to work in both ICU and PCU units
• 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM), 36 hours per week (every other weekend)
• Contract guarantee: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call time)

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of ICU experience required
• Trauma Level I facility experience preferred; Trauma Level II experience may be considered
• Prior travel experience preferred (not required)
• EPIC electronic medical record experience required
• Current MA RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Telemetry test on first day (pass/fail; failure may result in termination)
• Must be separated from this hospital system for 6+ months (including permanent, per diem, or travel roles)
• Facility is not accepting local candidates

Notes for Candidates

• Must be flexible to float between ICU and PCU as needed
• Prior travel experience is preferred but not mandatory
• This is a travel contract with a 13-week duration
