Job Opportunity: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Immunizations and titers:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray (within 1 year)
  • Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella: titer or 2 doses of MMR vaccine
  • Hepatitis B: positive titer required or declination with form
  • Varicella: titer, 2 vaccines, or history of chickenpox
• Drug screening: 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start (no instant screens)
• Seasonal Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31)
• COVID-19 vaccine: proof of full vaccination required; exemptions require facility approval and documentation

Competency Requirements

• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (minimum 80% or Angoff score)
• Color Blind Testing (within 1 year prior to start)
• Competency Exam (minimum 80% or Angoff score)
