Registered Nurse - PCU

Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The facility is a large, highly recognized hospital with advanced specialty services including Level II trauma, comprehensive stroke center, Level III neonatal intensive care, pediatric subspecialists, robotic surgery, and cardiac care.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience, including experience within the last year
ACLS certification
BLS certification
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

No prior travel experience required (not specified)
Progressive Care Unit experience preferred due to specialty focus
