Description

Job Opportunity: Cardiac Cath Lab RN

Location: Salem, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Position: Registered Nurse in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory
Schedule: 4x10 hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) with 7 on-call nights per month
On-call includes one full weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) plus 4 additional nights during the month
Unit: Cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology lab with 2 procedure rooms
Procedures include PCI, Impella, balloon pump, device implants, ablations, etc.
Patient Population: Adult
EMR System: EPIC (Cupid module)
Floating: Not required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 4 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology Lab nursing, including interventional cardiac and scrub experience
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
AHA ACLS Certification
