Description

Job Opportunity: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Richmond, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide direct inpatient-level care to patients in their home environment.
Deliver nursing care based on individualized patient plans using remote clinical coordination and technology.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to implement therapeutic interventions.
Document patient care and maintain high quality and safety standards.
Work rotating 12-hour shifts (7a-7p and 11a-11p).

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia.
Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience within the last year.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Minimum 3 years of Critical Care RN experience.
Minimum 3 years of Acute Care RN experience.
Minimum 3 years of Medical Surgical RN experience.
