Job Opportunity: CT/X-Ray Technologist (Nights)
Location: Morristown, Vermont
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to perform radiographs as requested by physicians.
- Adjust technical factors based on patient and body part while minimizing radiation exposure.
- Follow radiation safety practices.
- Assume temporary responsibility for patients during x-ray procedures.
- Operate portable equipment and C-arm.
- Transport patients as needed.
- Use hospital computer system and PACS system.
- Perform clerical tasks related to imaging services.
- Provide services that meet the psycho-social needs of the patient population.
- Must perform CT scans.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Vermont
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
Additional Information
- Night shift position.
- No indication that prior travel experience is required.
