CT Tech Travel/Contract Position

Location: Weston, Florida
Contract Length: 19 weeks

Job Details

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• Shift: Day shift, 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (11:00 AM – 9:30 PM)
• Employment Type: Travel/Contract

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Proof of I9 or attestation
• Government-issued photo ID (must be carried during hours of service)
• E-Verify proof or attestation
• 7-year criminal background check within one year of start, updated annually, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start and updated for every contract renewal/extension
• Primary source education verification (official transcript or equivalent)
• Competency exam as applicable to specialty
• Physical exam within last 12 months
• Negative TB test (PPD, Quantiferon Gold, or T-spot) within 1 year of start, updated annually; chest x-ray and annual TB questionnaire if past positive
• Immunizations or titers for:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B (titer, vaccine series, or declination)
  • Varicella (2 vaccines, titer, or history of chickenpox)
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start (no annual update required)
• Seasonal influenza vaccination required during flu season (10/31–3/31); medical/religious exemptions allowed with approved documentation
• COVID-19 vaccination: 2 doses Pfizer or Moderna OR 1 dose Johnson & Johnson required; no declinations allowed; boosters not required currently; medical/religious exemptions require agency-approved exemption form
• References: 2 professional references within 2 years required for travel allied positions
• Employment application required
• Annual skills checklist for applicable unit
• Florida AHCA Level II fingerprint results as per state requirements

Facility-Specific Requirements

• Completion of online onboarding and training modules prior to start (must be done on a computer using Google Chrome; includes COVID documentation submission)
• COVID-19 Proof of Approved Exemption form required if applicable
• Radiation badges issued by facility as applicable
