Job Opportunity: Case Manager (Registered Nurse)
Location

Schedule
- Day shift, 5 days a week (5x8 hours)
- Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Weekends required every other weekend
Job Description
- Must have experience in Acute Care and Discharge Planning/Care Coordination
- Strong preference for candidates with diverse Case Management experience including Medical-Surgical, Long Length of Stay (LLOS), and Emergency Department (ED)
- Will float between like units across hospital campuses within a 2-mile radius
- First-time travelers accepted
- Locals not accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in Acute Care and Discharge Planning
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) certification
