Registered Nurse – Case Management

Location: Flushing, New York
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift (AM), Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Job Summary

Seeking a BSN-prepared Registered Nurse for Case Management with experience in Discharge Planning (DCP) and Utilization Review (UR).

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum of 1 year of Case Management experience, including experience within the last year
Experience in Discharge Planning (DCP)
Experience in Utilization Review (UR), including InterQual utilization review tools

Preferred Qualifications

RN with BSN degree

Responsibilities

Perform Discharge Planning and Utilization Review duties as part of case management
